Newcastle Commons encompasses a 10-block development containing commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and townhouse structures. The development was previously a masonry manufacturing site and contained numerous critical areas, many of which were preserved in this development. Block 1 provides retail spaces called The Shops at Newcastle Commons along Coal Creek Parkway. Avalon Newcastle Commons provides large mixed-use buildings along Newcastle Commons Drive. In addition, there are several blocks that contain duplexes and townhouses as part of the Aldea at Newcastle Commons development.
